How we leveraged F&F’s stunning content to create a digital experience that transcends the trends.


F&F is a true trendsetter with sell-out collections and in-store experiences in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and ROI that are perfectly tailored to customer desire. However, when it came to browsing online, the experience was underwhelming - lacking that must-have-in-my-wardrobe moment. So we created a mobile-first experience that lets F&F’s fun and fresh content shine bright.

Inspired by the trends

Whether they've got 1 minute or 20 to scroll, we got deep into the customer-mindset to unearth the needs of busy shoppers, to create a new, non-transactional site that serves as true fashion inspo, continually suggesting new content and driving in-store visits to purchase the perfect piece. 

Fresh but familiar

F&F already has a strong following and an established voice within the European fashion industry. To amplify this influence, we blended trend-led editorial with collection features to create a refined experience that's a perfect mix of the old and new.
