Traditional content creation models were failing to deliver the consistency and quality their global audience deserves, and incurring duplicative spend. To avoid brand fragmentation and to reduce costs, Sony invited us to work together to redesign its global content operations.

Powered by an intelligent operating model, new workflows and team talent, the hub has streamlined creation, activation and delivery of content at scale for use across 100 markets – enabling the rapid launch of thousands of world-class content assets every year.
The content hub has transformed Sony’s global marketing and content operations. It has reduced time to market for new content by 30%, set a new standard for quality and consistency, and significantly reduced the cost of content creation, distribution, translation and management.
