The continuing success of the Hugo & Cat and Umbraco partnership was recognised again this week, with the award of the Umbraco Contributing Gold Partner badge – elevating the Hugo & Cat team to the top tier of Umbraco partnerships.
Shining a light on Umbraco Gold Partners that go the extra mile to support the continued growth of the Umbraco open-source project and its community, the Contributing Gold Partner badge is given only to leading partners.
The award of Contributing Gold Partner builds on the huge success of the launch by Hugo & Cat of the new website for the American College of Surgeons.
A key deliverable of Hugo & Cat’s wider, multi-year, digital transformation program with the ACS, the new site delivers a step-change in member and patient experience.
Built on Umbraco, the site utilises quantitative and qualitative audience insights, to design an experience optimised for task completion – whether you are a surgeon, healthcare professional or patient. Advanced search and personalization, mean that only the most relevant features and content are served to every audience, every time.
One of the largest Umbraco implementations of the year, the site is built using a composable digital experience platform (Umbraco DXP) and is based on a modular pattern library and design system, ensuring manual and time consuming processes are automated and improving efficiency for ACS who benefit from enhanced flexibility and control.
“Hugo & Cat is honoured to be awarded Contributing Gold Partner status following our hosting of the Umbraco UK Gold Partner Summit in N. America in November 2022. We are looking forward to continuing our engagement in the community, hosting Hackathons, supporting Umbraco meet-ups, and contributing integrations for various composable platforms including, CRM, digital asset management, and bespoke tools for automated content migration.”
Ben Duguid, Head of Development for London
“We have another exciting year ahead with Umbraco in 2023. We will continue our focus and investment in the Umbraco platform and community and look forward to the launch of upcoming Enterprise Umbraco solutions with the Confederation of British Industry, Swiss Re and Gen Digital.”
